The PSAT (Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) is more than just practice - it plays a key role in preparing students for the SAT and can even qualify them for the prestigious National Merit Scholarship Program. In this workshop, students will learn:
What to Expect on the PSAT – Format, timing, and scoring breakdown.
Test-Taking Strategies – How to manage time, eliminate wrong answers, and approach tricky questions.
Math & Reading/Writing Tips – Quick refreshers on key concepts most commonly tested.
Confidence Boosters – Mindset strategies to help students stay calm and focused under pressure.
We will meet in the Halle Room on Saturday, October 4, from 1 - 2:30 p.m. for this program. For students in grades 9 - 12. Registration is required and will open on September 20, 2025. There is a $29 fee per student.
