• The Tree of Life is designed to offer a safe space for you to revisit some of the difficulties that you have experienced in your life but in a way that does not further traumatise you. The Tree of Life allows adults facing challenges to create a distance between themselves and the problems, thereby enhancing their feeling of control and self-efficacy. By attending this event, you will gain valuable insights, practical tips, and a deeper understanding of how to navigate the complex journey of grief. Our knowledgeable speakers and facilitators will guide you through different strategies and resources available to offer psychosocial and emotional support to those in need.

• You will be supported to see that you are not on your own, but rather that you belong to your families, communities, and peer groups. This challenges the sense of isolation and loneliness often felt by people who have experienced severe distress and trauma. Strengths are identified and positive solutions are sought, wherever possible.
