This event has been created to pour into those who provide for everyone first and themselves last!
About this Event

You carry so much. This is your space to let it down.

If you're an educator, parent, healthcare worker, small business owner, or athlete—someone who pours into others daily while quietly running on empty—this experience is for you.

Providing for the Providers is a nervous-system-first workshop designed to help you pause, reconnect, and reclaim the space between what stresses you... and how you respond.

🌀 Why This Theme Matters

When you live in survival mode long enough, your body forgets what safety feels like and starts to break down. This workshop is a reset—an invitation to slow down, feel again, and rebuild your inner space.

Inspired by the teachings of Dr. David Hawkins (Letting Go, Power vs. Force), we’ll explore the link between suppressed stress, communication breakdown, trauma, and misalignment—and how to create space for choice, presence, and power instead.

What to Expect
  • A powerful, guided experience led by Dr. Jamal Früster, nervous system educator, coach, and founder of Alma Sana Chiropractic Studio.
  • Real tools—not fluff—for nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and intentional response
  • Frameworks that blend neuroscience, communication, trauma awareness, and natural health philosophy
  • Opportunities to reflect, breathe, and integrate in real time
  • A soulful and strategic experience—no lecturing, no hype, just grounded healing

🔥 This Is For You If You Are:
  • A leader who's been carrying too much for too long
  • A parent or provider trying to balance peace and productivity
  • A neighbor or friend who shows up for everyone but rarely pauses for themselves
  • Someone seeking to regulate their energy—without needing a vacation to do it

💡 You’ll Walk Away With:
  • Tangible tools to regulate your nervous system under pressure
  • More awareness of how your story, trauma, and environment affect your reactions
  • A blueprint for creating space between the stimulus and your next step
  • More energy, clarity, and internal spaciousness—so you can choose, not just react

🧘🏾‍♂️ What to Bring:
  • A comfy chair or yoga mat (we’re creating a sanctuary, not a seminar)
  • Your journal + favorite pen
  • Water and a body that’s ready to be supported
  • Optional: Print Dr. J’s PFP Workbook to deepen your reflections

🚫 This Workshop Is NOT For:
  • Those looking for quick fixes without reflection
  • Folks who are unwilling to feel or slow down
  • Anyone waiting for external permission to care for themselves (you already have it)
