PPS's Building Works initiative has had some real success stories, but few as incredible as Jessica BouRamia -- she graduated from the second cycle of the Window & Workforce Training Program, started her own business, returned to teach the third cycle of WWTP, and hired several of those graduates to work at her new business, Providence Window Works. Jess and her team run a small but mighty restoration business, and have heart and talent in spades. Come visit the shop, meet the Window Works crew, and check out some of the special projects they're tackling this season.
