I am very excited to be able to bring to you all, what I believe will be a fantastic Proud2bOps session. Please lock in the date: Tuesday 23rd May 2023, hosted and supported by the KPMG Healthcare team in their Birmingham offices. We are proposing to run the day as an interactive session, supporting you to work through some of our biggest challenges, both now and in the future. We intend to design the session and optimise Continuous Quality Improvement tools and techniques. We want this session to be an immersive experience for you and to offer something different as a dedicated face to face session.
To support the design of the session, we are keen to hear from you on which areas / topics would be most valuable to work through, ‘live’ on the day. KPMG will be fielding CQI trained facilitators and can also ensure that where possible, experts in the key problem areas are on hand and able to support and input to the discussions. This is truly a brilliant opportunity for Proud2bOps members.

• System based pathways / models of care,
• System based flow and control centres,
• Other – please advise with brief description
