Proud2bOps - Development of Operational Managers
Welcome to the first Proud2bOps in person event of 2024 where we will bring senior operational leaders together to focus on the growth and development of operational managers.
Please join your peers for a day filled with inspiring speakers, evidence based discussions, networking opportunities, and practical workshops to help shape and create the devleopment of operational managers and leaders.
This is a closed member session, bringing Operational Directors, Deputy Chief Operating Officers, Divisional and Heads of Services together.
We will dedicate our day to recognising the current climate for management, evidence and future prospects of management regulation, co-creating and shaping the future for operational development and as a Network, determine key outputs for action, adoption and implmentation. We will also be joined by the wonderful Monique Carayol who will deliver a Masterclass on 'Brave Leadership in Challenging Times'.
We aim to ensure we deliver an interactive and energising event where together we will work towards our committment and Proud2bOps strategic priority in Driving Leadership and Management Development.
