Come along to our fourth annual Proud Voices On Screen event at Auckland Pride Festival - a day of short films, panel discussions and networking. Celebrate queer, lgtbqia+, takatāpui & rainbow voices in the Aotearoa screen industry. Meet like-minded people, watch great films and hear from queer filmmakers about their recent projects. All levels of filmmaking experience are welcome.
When: Sat 22nd Feb, 10:45am - 4:30pm (come and go as you please!)
Where: The Button Factory, 2 Abbey Street, Auckland CBD (near K Rd)
Tickets: Get your free ticket at Humanitix
It’s not compulsory to have a ticket for the event, but it really helps us know how many people to expect for hosting and catering purposes.
It is strongly encouraged to register for Quick Connections if you intend to take part. Please register by Fri 21st Feb 9am to be included in the seating plan.

2:30pm (60mins) - QUICK CONNECTIONS
The not-so-speedy speed-dating event where queer filmmakers get the chance to meet like-minded creatives and potentially their next collaborators. Join us for our facilitated networking event where we curate a series of 10-minute round tables, with an MC to help spark conversation. Sign up in advance to let us know what types of creatives you’re hoping to connect with and we’ll seat you at tables with potential matches. Walk-ins are welcome (but you’ll be allocated seats based on availability rather than suitability). Please arrive 15 mins in advance so we can start promptly at 2:30pm. SEE OUR WEBSITE FOR REGISTRATION LINK
3:30pm (60mins) - CELEBRATE!
Mingle and celebrate another great year for queer film. Drinks and snacks available.
4:30pm - End!
