Protection is one of the most requested, and most misunderstood, areas of Magical Practice.In this focused January class, we strip away superstition, fear-based thinking, and ineffective “one-size-fits-all” spells to examine what Protection Magic truly is, how it functions, and why certain methods work while others quietly fail.
The evening begins with a grounded, no-nonsense lecture by A.W. Storm Anderson on Protection Magic—how wards, boundaries, intention, symbolism, repetition, and mindset interact to create real, lasting protection. This is not a beginner overview, nor is it aesthetic witchcraft. It is practical, experience-based knowledge designed to help you protect yourself, your space, your energy, and your workings with clarity and confidence.
From there, the class transitions into a guided Protection Candle Dressing, led step-by-step by Priestess Renée. Participants will actively prepare and dress a protection candle with purpose, learning why each action matters—not just how to perform it. This is hands-on, intentional work meant to be used immediately and effectively.
Together, the entire class will engage in a short, powerful Ritual to charge each participant's respective candle.
