This weekend training weaves aspects from Sherwood’s foundations in and evolutions from 𝐵𝑜𝑑𝑦 𝑊𝑒𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟 training serving as rich sources for practices rooted in the landscapes of our very bodies and the spaces we work with, through, in, from and for.

We begin each day with warming, collective protean progressions leading us to sensorial, improvisational and site-specific research, performed individually, in partners and in groups.

performs and leads workshops internationally.
He has worked as a performer with artists including Anna Halprin, Amara Tabor-Smith, Su-Feh Lee, Xavier Le Roy, Min Tanaka, Antonija Livingstone, Grisha Coleman, Taos Bertrand, Sara Shelton Mann, Wanjiru Kamuyu, Yuko Kaseki, inkBoat / Ko Murobushi, Jess Curtis, Oguri, Anne Collod, Jérôme Bel, etc.

– 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐘 𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐃: 120,00 euros until August 10th
– Membership: 10.00 euros
– Possibility of board and lodging at advantageous conditions

– The workshop will be held in the “Sala piano” of Spazio Nu, a large and bright room of 220 square meters.
-Pontedera is 20 km from the International Airport of Pisa”Galileo Galilei” and 57 km from the International Airport of Firenze “Amerigo Vespucci”.
– The Train Station of “Pontedera-Casciana Terme” is well served by the National Railway Network and is also well connected to both the Airports of Pisa and Firenze.
– Spazio Nu is easily reachable from the train station of “Pontedera-Casciana Terme” (15 minutes walk).

Questo workshop di un weekend intreccia aspetti dei fondamenti del lavoro di Sherwood con evoluzioni del training di 𝐵𝑜𝑑𝑦 𝑊𝑒𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟, fungendo da ricca fonte per pratiche radicate nei paesaggi dei nostri corpi e negli spazi attraverso i quali, in, da e per cui lavoriamo.
Iniziamo ogni giornata con progressioni mutevoli collettive e riscaldanti che ci conducono a ricerche sensoriali, improvvisate e site-specific, eseguite individualmente, in coppia e in gruppo.

– Pontedera è a 20 km dall’Aeroporto Internazionale di Pisa “Galileo Galilei” e a 57 km dall’Aeroporto Internazionale di Firenze “Amerigo Vespucci”.
– La Stazione dei Treni di “Pontedera-Casciana Terme” è ben servita dalla Rete Ferroviaria Nazionale e ben collegata anche ad entrambi gli Aeroporti di Pisa e Firenze.
– Lo Spazio Nu è facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione dei Treni di “Pontedera-Casciana Terme” (15 minuti a piedi).
