The route is a casual out-and-back on the Fox River Trail
About this Event
Ride with us Saturday, October 11th at 11am.
To celebrate 50 years, The Bike Rack is doing two of our favorite things, ride bikes and drink beer, and you're invited. This free ride will be mostly on the Fox River Trail and is intended as a casual comfortable out-and-back ride. We turn around at Foreign Exchange Brewing in Aurora. With delicious drafts and an amazing Indian Mexican fusion menu available for purchase starting at noon, this stop will become more than a few peoples' new favorite along the trail. After this, we head back to The Bike Rack for more food and drinks. We're a week late for Munich's Oktoberfest, but we're having our own. Beer, Sausages and other German favorites are on the menu. Julie will also be serving up a variety of chilis including a vegan option.
The ride is free but sign up helps us plan food and drinks to make sure no one misses out.
Same day sign up may be available at the store starting at 11am. The ride will have a staggered start starting at 11am. The goal is for the last riders to leave the start by 12pm.
This is an out-and-back ride so you can pick your mileage if you want to head back to the shop before the planned turn around.
All are welcome,. Even if you can't make the ride join us after for the party.
We can't wait to see you there!
