Held biweekly on a Tuesday at 6pm.
Our Fitness and Wellness programme with Jay offers a tailored 8-week wellness program for care and support workers, focusing on physical and mental health. Sessions include self-reflection, customised exercises, and a cool-down period. Held bi-weekly on a Tuesday, each 1-hour session encourages personal growth and progress tracking through reflection journals. Attend as many sessions as you wish, based on your availability and needs.

Tuesday 18th June - Week 2: Building Mindfulness (Bodyweight)
Tuesday 2nd July - Week 3: Stress Management (HIIT)
Tuesday 16th July - Week 4: Goal Setting and Motivation (Circuits)
Tuesday 30th July - Week 5: Nutrition and Hydration (Resistance and functional training)
Tuesday 13th August - Week 6: Self-Care Practices (Pilates)
Tuesday 27th August - Week 7: Resilience and Adaptability (Yoga)
Tuesday 10th September - Week 8: Celebration and Future Planning
