About this Event
invites you to join us on Saturday mornings for an intimate (capped at 19 students) vinyasa class in Prospect Park.
Class is held in a magical location lakeside, about a 5 minute walk from the Machate Circle/Ocean Parkway entrance to Prospect Park. The exact location pin will be sent to you upon registration.
We also offer the following classes on a weekly basis:

T: 6:30pm
W: 6:30pm
R: 7:30am & 6:30pm
F: 10am & 6:30pm
S: 9am, 10:30am & 12:30pm
S: 10:30am & 11:30am

Bring your yoga mat, yoga props and water bottle. We provide the expert instruction. Mother nature is in charge of the scenery and birdsong :)
