AZ Wordsmith Prose Open Mic at the ElksDate: October 8th
Time: Doors open at 6:15 PM
Location: Enjoy the inspiration, and a memorable evening at the beautifully restored Sundance Room on the third floor of the Elks Performing Arts Center in Prescott, Arizona.
Featured Reader: Clay Smith will be reading from his first novel, Satan, You Snake.*
*As this is an unscripted presentation, please be advised there may be mature language and subject matter.
Format: The evening includes a 15-minute reading by a local writer, as well as other readers sharing 10-minute selections from their novels, memoirs, short stories, or other fiction/non-fiction pieces. No poetry or music at this event.
• Donation: A $5 donation is suggested to cover expenses.
• Listening Mode: If you’re just in the mood to listen, you’re more than welcome!
• Recording: The featured author’s reading will be recorded and posted on the AZ Wordsmith Facebook and YouTube pages.
• Light Refreshments provided.
