This Sundays Pop Up is a class where we are concentrating on activating your muscles and increasing your flexibility. I do use PNF in my general classes but today will work through various moves to get you comfortable with the process so that you can use them by yourself. You will learn how to improve those tight areas of your body and we will find some of those lazy muscles that do not work optimally.This class is a small class allowing plenty of time for adjustments and modifications, you insight to improve your practice.
We have a 10 minute meditation or breath practice at the end of the class to allow your body to adjust the the benefits of your class.
You will need to bring
a mat
a drink
some warm layers for relaxation
