Northeast Seattle Together (NEST) and Washington League for Homeowner Education (WLHE)have teamed up to provide complimentary "Entitlement Reviews" to determine eligibility for property tax "exemptions" and property tax "deferrals" for senior citzens residing in King and Snohomish Counties.
Are you 60 or older, a Veteran, or Retired due to a physical disability?
You may be entitled to a significant property tax relief!
The dedicated WLHE volunteers will assist you in determining your eligibility for tax relief.
- Property Tax Exemptions: Reduce your property tax bill and keep more money in your pocket.
- In 2023 was your household income $88,998 or less?
- Do you own a home in King or Snohomish county?
- Did you occupy you home at least 6 months in 2023?
