About this Event

Welcome to the Property Directors Club!

The February event brings together property directors, landlords, and professionals for an afternoon of clear insight, practical discussion, and meaningful connection. Starting with a market and mortgage snapshot alongside Roma Finance, the session moves into real-world guidance on tax changes and Making Tax Digital from an experienced accountant, followed by a live panel Q&A with a solicitor and agent addressing today’s challenges across buying, selling, and structuring property. The event concludes with a main speaker (to be announced) and open networking. The Property Directors Club exists to give directors clarity in a changing market cutting through noise, sharing experience, and creating a space where informed decisions, collaboration, and long-term thinking come first.
