💫 Event Purpose
To equip, inspire, and empower youth with the entrepreneurial mindset, leadership tools, and life skills needed to achieve mental wealth, purpose, and success.
This conference will PROPEL (Prepare, Rise, Overcome, Pursue, Elevate, and Lead) youth toward their future through workshops, mentorship, and a high-energy Shark-Like Youth Pitch Competition.

• Attendees sign in, receive name badges, and conference materials.
• Visit vendor tables featuring youth entrepreneurs, community partners, and local businesses.

• 10 youth or team finalists present 3–5 minute business pitches
• Followed by 2-minute Q&A from judges (“Shark Tank” style)
• Judging Criteria: Creativity, Feasibility, Impact, Presentation, Confidence
Awards:
🏆 1st Place: $200 + Mentorship Package
🥈 2nd Place: $100 + Gift Bag
🥉 3rd Place: $50 + Certificate of Achievement
