💫 Event Purpose
To equip, inspire, and empower youth with the entrepreneurial mindset, leadership tools, and life skills needed to achieve mental wealth, purpose, and success.
This conference will PROPEL (Prepare, Rise, Overcome, Pursue, Elevate, and Lead) youth toward their future through workshops, mentorship, and a high-energy Shark-Like Youth Pitch Competition.

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Registration & Vendor Fair Opens
- Attendees sign in, receive name badges, and conference materials.
- Visit vendor tables featuring youth entrepreneurs, community partners, and local businesses.
- Light refreshments and networking.
10:30 AM – 10:50 AM | Opening Ceremony
- Welcome & Prayer: Dr. Elizabeth Jennings, CEO, Boys Matter 2 Men
- Remarks from City Official or Community Partner
- Overview of Conference Purpose: “Why We Propel Youth”
10:50 AM – 11:20 AM | Morning Keynote: “The Power to Propel”
Speaker: Dalton Rudd and Donte Jennings
Focus: Turning dreams into disciplined action, mental wealth mindset, and faith-based resilience.
11:25 AM – 11:50 AM Financial Literacy
1150-1215: Financial Literacy Breakout Session
12:15 PM – 12:45 PM | Networking Lunch & Vendor Fair
- Sponsored meal
- Youth engage with vendors, community partners, and peers.
- DJ or youth host keeps energy high.
12:45 PM – 1:25 PM | Guest Speaker and Workshop
🎤 Communication & Media Influence: “Your Voice, Your Platform”
- How to communicate with confidence and use social media responsibly to build your brand.
- Media professional or influencer guest.
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM | Pitch Entrepreneurship Tips: “From Vision to Victory”
2:00 PM – 2:15 PM | Closing of Conference & Transition to Pitch Competition
- Recognition of sponsors, vendors, and community partners
- Announcement of youth pitch competitors
- Group photo + stretch break
💡 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM | “Shark-Like” Youth Pitch Competition
Judges Panel: Local business leaders, investors, and educators
Format:
- 10 youth or team finalists present 3–5 minute business pitches
- Followed by 2-minute Q&A from judges (“Shark Tank” style)
- Judging Criteria: Creativity, Feasibility, Impact, Presentation, Confidence
Awards:
🏆 1st Place: $200 + Mentorship Package
🥈 2nd Place: $100 + Gift Bag
🥉 3rd Place: $50 + Certificate of Achievement
🎁 All participants receive:
- Certificate of participation
