About this Event
Held for the first time at our satellite location in Montecito Heights. Los Nogales Nursery, a partnership with Audubon Center at Debs Park!
Flex your green thumb by learning about California native plant vegetative propagation with a variety of native plant specimens from the Los Nogales Nursery at Debs Park. Students will learn how to start and grow plants from cuttings in this hands-on session. This informative course is suitable for both professionals and anyone interested in learning propagation techniques for their home or community garden. Each participant will leave with a flat of a few starts for their own garden! All materials provided.
This workshop is held outdoors in a shaded area, we strongly encourage closed-toe shoes, sun protection, and a water bottle.
Tim Becker is the Theodore Payne Foundation’s Director of Horticulture and a seasoned landscaper.
