ANKLE WEIGHTS
We’re kicking off the series with one of the sneakiest, spiciest props ever invented: ankle weights.
This session is all about sculpting, stabilizing, and unlocking muscles you didn’t even know you had. Think slow, intentional movement with a delicious burn and a huge payoff. The vibe is strong, playful, a little spicy, and ridiculously fun.
