Requires a ten week commitment every Thursday except on Anzac day this will run on the wednesday before.
Week 1 – Introduction to program, Nutrition, meal provided
Week 2 - Connection to family and friends, playing games, meal provided
Week 3 – Understanding and building resilience, meal provided
Week 4 – Alcohol, Nicotine and Vaping, meal provided
Week 5 – Other Drugs, meal provided
Week 6 – Visit to Fitness Centre, Group fitness session with PT, meal provided
Week 7 – Creek walk, group fitness session outdoors with PT, meal provided
Week 8 – The importance of sleep, meal provided
Week 9 – Mindfulness and getting into life, meal provided
Week 10 – Celebration of completion, summary of learnings, distribution of recipe book, fitness programs, drug and alcohol information etc
