Just a heads up that we’re going to be filming from 12:30pm-7:30pm on Monday ��The gym will stay open and classes will run as normal but we ask that anyone who doesn’t want to be in the background of any videos takes the day off.
There may also be pieces of kit we have to showcase whilst you are using them so there could be some interruptions.
That said, if you’re quite happy to be filmed then please get involved and we can make an event of it!
Note that the content will be used for promotional purposes to help showcase our services and new range of equipment.
The creche will be supervised by both Jemma & Diane all day and we’ll have coffee, juice, snacks, etc.
