Looking for something meaningful for your child to do while school is out on January 19th? Our kids yoga teacher and children’s author Janet Scheiner is hosting a visiting author workshop for children ages 8–12 inspired by her upcoming book: Promise to SHINE; A story about Big Feelings, Bravery and Believing in Yourself with Power Promises.
This 90-minute workshop blends storytelling, mindful movement, heart breathing, and a creative affirmation art project to help kids build confidence and emotional awareness in a supportive, fun environment.
