The Employability & Transition Program at Hill Top Preparatory School empowers neurodiverse students to build the skills necessary for success in life beyond high school.
By combining classroom lessons with real-world experiences, students develop essential soft skills like communication, self-advocacy, and collaboration, preparing them to thrive as college students, employees, and valued community members.
One of the key projects is the Annual Dress Sale, where E/T participants gain hands-on experience in:
- Nonprofit research
- Professional communication
- Marketing and promotion
- Customer service
- Inventory management
- Sorting, steaming, and tagging items
