Projects of Excellence 2024

Please join us for a formal night out to celebrate the amazing projects we do here in the PNW! This event will showcase projects our membership and clients are doing to for the various communities we serve. In addition to showcasing projects, we will be handing out awards for the best project submissions for 5 distinct categories which are: Collaboration | Innovation | Complexity | Environmental Stewardship | People's Choice.

People's Choice Award is a new category! Project posters will be available for viewing and judging by all event attendees! Judging will be open during the social hour leading up to dinner. Votes will be counted during dinner and the award will be issued alongside the other categories later on in the event.

The project submission period for consideration for an award is open starting July 12, 2024 and will close August 9, 2024. All submissions should be submitted to the email address: [email protected].

When: Friday October 25, 2024 from 6PM to 9PM

Where: Atrium area at the Seattle Airport Mariott Hotel

Dress Attire: Formal

Food: Hors D'oueurves | Plated Dinner | 2x Drink tickets per person

• 5:30 - Registration opens
• 6:00 - Event Starts - Social Hour - Bar is open - Judging for People's Choice Award
• 7:00 - Start plated dinner
• 7:15 - Presentations start - includes KEY NOTE SPEAKER
• 8:00 - Announce Award Winners for each category
• 8:05 - Entertainment / Social mingling
• 8:40 - Scholarship raffle
• 9:00 - Wrap up - End Event

• There is parking available on site. Discounted parking of $12 per vehicle is available for all attendees.

Attendee list will be published to the membership, and attendees after the event. Attendee list will share name, title and company - no contact information will be shared.

Refund Policy

Starting at 5 days prior to the event, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued during or after the event for no shows. If you request a refund prior to 5 days ahead of the event, the refund will be issued in full, minus eventbrite fees and processing fees
