Project Yellow: Health & Wellness

This event will focus on both physical and mental health, as well as overall wellness. There are many overlooked areas to discuss and shed light on, including veterans' health, post-partum depression, and the mental aftereffects of COVID.

I also plan to emphasize the importance of focusing on men's mental health, as they often hide their struggles internally due to fear of backlash and embarrassment. While it's important to highlight the importance of seeking help.
