CLARA's Community Circle, welcomes helping professionals to practice self care with Therapist Kay Bollums KMB LPC-IT, NCC.
Project with a purpose: Will be a grounding space to connect, share, explore creativity, and grow with others in the community.
What you can expect:
- Participants will create a weighted aromatherapy eye mask.
- An open and safe space for discussion
- A resource swap table where individuals can leave and take psycho-educationa and developmental materials.
- Bring some resources/books/tools/guides/articles to swap!
