About this Event
Engage in hands-on, interdisciplinary activities focusing on wildlife, the environment and conservation. Activities are drawn from the popular Project WILD Curriculum and Activity Guide. This workshop is appropriate for informal and formal educators of students in kindergarten through grade 12. Participants receive copies of both the Project WILD Curriculum and Activity Guide and WILD Aquatic Curriculum and Activity Guide.
Participants may be eligible to receive one MSDE Professional Development Credit. Maryland teachers who complete three of the four qualifying teacher workshops at the National Aquarium or select other sites after October 23, 2012, may be eligible to receive one MSDE Professional Development Credit. The four eligible workshops are Project WET 2.0, Project WILD, Project Learning Tree, and WOW! The Wonders of Wetlands.
