Excavation is well underway at the side of the property, along the river and the rear. A new access road is being constructed on the left of the existing building and from the adjacent property at the rear. Tenders for plumbing, electrical, concrete, ICF form work, roof trusses, sprinkler system, and general construction supplies have been issued. All ServiceNL and local Municipality construction permits have been issued.
