About this Event
It is a pleasure to invite you to a celebration dinner and program in recognition of the 35th anniversary of the Washtenaw County Project RED.
Join us on Wednesday, April 16 at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds in Building A. The evening will begin at 6:00 pm with registration and at 6:30 pm dinner will be served. We will have a short program remembering the past 35 years of Project RED and the dedication of our volunteers and partners.
There are more than 30 groups, organizations, businesses, and farms that still help annually to make Project RED successful. Since the program was developed, we have reached nearly 65,000 third-grade students, plus over 13,000 teachers and chaperones, educating them about the importance of agriculture and natural resources. Many dedicated volunteers spend hours working on Project RED and in the last 35 years we have worked with over 8,300 volunteers
We hope that you will be able to join us for this special milestone celebration!
We ask that you please RSVP by Monday, March 31 to help us plan for food.
