* Project Managers who would like to prepare for the PMP®️ certification exam as quickly and effectively as possible.
* Candidates for the PMP®️ certification exam who have completed their studies and would like to “refresh” their knowledge before taking the exam
𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
* Learn the project management language, best practices, tools and techniques, and tips to assist you in taking, and passing your PMP®️ exam
* Master the different components of the Exam Content Outline (ECO)
* Interpret exam questions and focus your study time on topics that need the most attention
* Learn proven test taking skills to write your PMP®️ exam and utilize your personal test taking strategy
* Be competent in utilizing Project Management best practices as outlined in Project Management body of knowledge (PMBOK®️ Guide) in your work
* Manage projects in compliance with the Project Management Institute (PMI®️) standards
* Use the project management framework, processes and the ten project management knowledge areas.
* Use Project Management Book of Knowledge "PMBOK - Seventh Edition" and understand the PMP®️ Exam Content Outline (ECO) requirements and tips for passing the exam.
* Apply Project Management skills, tools, and techniques to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Master key concepts not mentioned in the "PMBOK – Seventh Edition”
