Learning outcomes
At the completion of the Practitioner course, you will learn:
-Be able to describe and apply all facets of project management, in accordance with the PRINCE2® method
-Know how to set up and manage complex projects, tailoring PRINCE2® while ensuring effective integration of the themes and life cycle
-Monitor the objectives of a project and make the essential adjustments to ensure successful delivery
This session is a mixture of theory and discussion and practical group-based learning involving post-it notes, markers, flip chart paper. An easy to understand and practical case study is used throughout the course. No laptops are required, all learning resources are supplied.
Duration
Two and a half days (16 hours). In addition, we recommended at least 10 hours of pre-course work and there is 1-2 hours of homework each evening.
