About this Event

Welcome to the Project Development Lab - Erasmus+ Youth, Sport and European Solidary Corps!

This face to face Project Development Lab in Dublin is for organisations who have an interest in participating and developing a project for an Erasmus+ Youth (KA1), Sport (KA1) or European Solidarity Corps (ESC) application.

The Project Development Lab will help you to identify organisational needs and generate ideas for potential European projects that can address those needs. The Lab is a space where you can brainstorm and workshop project ideas directly with the Léargas team and other Erasmus+ and ESC applicants.

W ho should attend this workshop?

Individuals working within Community, Voluntary, Civil Society and Sports sectors who wish to apply, or have already started, an application under the following Erasmus+ and ESC fields:


  • Youth Exchanges
  • Youth Worker Projects
  • Youth Participation Activities
  • Discover EU Inclusion
  • Volunteering Projects
  • Solidarity Projects
  • M obility of Staff in the Field of Sports

What will we cover during the day?

The day will be packed with group discussions and hands-on activities that enable you to build the key components of your project. You can expect to:

  • Share and discuss your organisation's aims and ideas with other attendees.
  • Draw connections and gain inspiration from sample projects represented.
  • Develop a Micro Project Plan
  • Discover Key Actions for Erasmus+ and ESC, and how to they connect to your project.
  • Link your project to EU strategies that are relevant to the Youth sector.
  • Gain an understanding of the project life cycle and application process.
