Project Care: Health Care Enrollment and Renewal Assistance

The Project Care team will be at the library to offer a presentation on health insurance options, including MNsure, Medical assistance, and MinnesotaCare, followed by onsite one-one assistance with applications or renewals as time allows. Project Care navigators are MNsure certified and have in-person, virtual and phone appointments available. Appointments are available in Brainerd/Baxter, Buffalo, Cambridge, Cold Spring, Elk River, Long Prairie, Melrose, Milica, Monticello, St. Cloud, Staples, Wadena, and Wyoming. Registration is welcome but not required.
