🌏What’s the First Mobility About?�Over three days (15–17 September 2025), participants will:
🎙️Join an interactive workshop on public speaking and persuasive communication to gain confidence in advocacy.
☀️Explore the four pillars of leadership by Dr. Brené Brown—vulnerability, values, trust, and resilience—through practical exercises.
🏛️🇪🇪Visit the Estonian Parliament, guided by MP Hanah Lahe, to experience democratic processes first-hand.
👥 Who Can Apply:�Young Estonian women aged 16–26 from all backgrounds — students, youth activists, first-time voters, volunteers, aspiring leaders, or anyone ready to grow as a changemaker. No prior experience is needed, only motivation to learn and participate.
