Do you struggle with running gait imbalance? niggles and aches when you run? Do you feel you run a lot but have neglected the critical strength training area?

The Progression Run Clubs strength workshop is designed to cater to runners of all levels, focusing on;
-Power - to help significantly with running hills.
-Balance - to help with landing and gait.
-Muscular endurance - for complex or longer run performance.
After the workshop, every participant will receive a workout plan to build on what they learned, improve their running performance, and set PBs!
