About this Event
Following a successful 'Taster' session on Profitnet last month, an innovation learning programme created at the University of Brighton, we have a few spaces left to join. This unique programme enables organisations to learn from each other through expertly facilitated, confidential group sessions. Designed to impact your profit, turnover, and employment significantly, Profitnet has already benefited over 1,300 businesses across Sussex.
Please note that this programme has been designed for more established businesses, not start-ups or consultants. See Eligibility below.
Learn through Profitnet:
- Problem Solving: Tackle real day-to-day challenges through confidential peer-to-peer action learning sets.
- Knowledge Sharing: Access a diverse pool of business expertise, enhancing your decision-making and strategic planning.
- Growth Support: Gain tools and support to drive business growth and innovation.
- Networking: Build lasting relationships with business leaders and explore potential collaborations.
- Funding Access: Equip yourself with knowledge on securing innovation funding.
Why Choose Profitnet?
With over 15 years of experience, the University of Brighton pioneered this peer-to-peer action learning program. Our latest assessment report (2023) shows outstanding results:
- 91% of participants improved business skills and capabilities.
- 100% enhanced their ability to innovate and commercialize new ideas.
- 97% increased their likelihood of future collaborations with business and academic partners.
"It's like having a non-executive board at your disposal to validate your ideas and gain new perspectives. Engage with a community of business leaders, share your experiences, and grow together" - Stuart Brittle - Medisort
In this session you will learn more about how the programme works and experience 'action-learning' and how it can help develop actionable ideas to overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities.
This Profitnet programme will run from November 2024 to June 2025 and will require a commitment of attending one meeting per month.
We will be inviting up to 15 businesses in the Adur & Worthing area to participate in this programme for free - thanks to the funding from the Adur & Worthing Business Support Programme.
*Eligibility criteria: Businesses must be in the Adur & Worthing area, have a minimum of five employees, and be focused on innovation and growth. We ask participants to commit to attending all sessions to maximise the benefits of the programme.
