This FREE workshop is tailored to aspiring food truck owners and caterers but can also benefit individuals already running a food-related business. The Food Finance Institute’s Food Brand Expert-in-Residence, Peter Robertson, will address how to make your food truck business profitable and other speakers will present on operations and licensing.
You will learn:
-Effective financial management strategies using the Lean Business Model
-How to boost the profitability of your mobile food business
-Investments to scale up to on-site food preparation/hot food service
-Licensing requirements
The workshop will feature presenters from the Food Finance Institute and hosted by the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the University of Wisconsin Madison – Division of Extension.
Lunch and morning refreshments are included.
