This free training workshop is in partnership with the Food Finance Institute and hosted by the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the University of Wisconsin Madison – Division of Extension. This workshop is designed for aspiring and current food truck owners, with an added focus on catering services. This training is aimed at helping food entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the fundamentals of business planning for their mobile food business
- Apply effective financial management strategies to sustain and grow their business
- Identify key factors that impact profitability and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue
- Evaluate investment opportunities for catering opportunities
- Understand and navigate licensing requirements for compliance and business expansion
This is an in-person only workshop and open to anyone. Food and refreshments will be provided.
