He considers the role of politicians, multinationals corporations, and environmental charities in controlling our thinking. Finally, he remains optimistic and suggests that we need to do things differently: ‘business unusual’. He proposes a Nature Charter for Scotland, mimicking nature to restore past damage, and encouraging everyone to experience the outdoors.
