At Mountainside NYC, we create a warm and welcoming environment where working professionals can come together and share their successes and challenges with a supportive network of peers on a similar journey. Led by our experienced facilitators, we host weekly group discussions on a range of topics including creating professional boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and overcoming setbacks to assist you in developing the necessary skills to manage daily stressors, while achieving a work-life balance in recovery.
