About this Event
The PNLA and WS Society have partnered to produce a joint conference on Professional Negligence Law, designed to address the latest issues for professional negligence litigators in Scotland. The full day programme will cover the perspectives of individuals, insurers, professional bodies, expert witnesses and the judiciary. The keynote address will be given by the Hon Lord Richardson, who will offer his reflections on professional negligence actions in the Court of Session. Further sessions include a case law review and cross-jurisdictional developments. The conference will be jointly chaired by by Tim Edward of BTO and Andrew Foyle of Shoosmiths.
