Join the WTS Puget Sound Chapter for our annual Professional Development Workshop hosted by Reverb. This in-person course will focus on various aspects of our communication skills, including intentional communication strategies that will empower you to connect with others, build relationships, and drive results. Whether you are just starting your career or you’re are an expert in your field, this course is for you! Guided by expert executive coach, Marriot Winquist, who will lead us through self-reflection, group exercises, action planning and discussion.
As a certified executive coach, speaker, and facilitator, Marriot Winquist collaborates with leaders to elevate their strategic impact while emphasizing authenticity and joy. With over 20 years of executive experience, Marriot is a dedicated advocate for empowering women in leadership roles. She understands that successful, inclusive work cultures are cultivated from the inside-out—within each individual, team, and organization.
Outcomes will include a better understanding of how to influence without authority, as well as tools and strategies for conveying our ideas clearly and concisely in different situations.
This workshop is tailored to professionals at all levels, offering a practical and applicable learning experience. Each participant will receive a dedicated workbook to capture insights and action points. A catered lunch will be provided.
