Parking is available at your own expense immediately underneath the building in the Constitution Plaza Parking Garage North .

An entrance to the building from the garage is available on Levels 4 & 5.

Metered Street parking is also available on Kinsley, Market and Talcott Streets. (Street parking is free of charge in the City of Hartford after 6pm on weekdays)

Entrances to the building are also available on both Market & Kinsley Streets.

Please sign in with security at the front desk in the main lobby, and let them know that you are going to UConn on the 3rd Floor. A CCEI staff member will be there to greet you and direct you to the event location.
