About this Event
Producers on Producers: A Network for Women in Media Production is an inclusive, professional gathering created to connect women working across film, television, advertising, and marketing. This network is built to bring producers together at every stage of their careers—creating space to share knowledge, build real community, and support one another through honest conversations about creative leadership, career paths, and the realities of working in media production.
By centering collaboration over competition, Producers on Producers amplifies diverse voices and fosters a culture of mentorship, visibility, and mutual growth. My hope is that you leave with more than just new connections—you’ll gain practical insights from experienced producers, a clearer understanding of industry trends and opportunities, and meaningful relationships that can spark future collaborations. Expect thoughtful discussion, peer support, renewed confidence, and actionable takeaways that strengthen both your creative practice and professional direction.
Our first event will kick off at Minuteman Post, a talented Boston-based post-production house that has generously opened up their wonderful space for the evening.
