YOUR TICKET INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

It will be a full day, so we’ll be providing food throughout to keep everyone energized.

Continental Breakfast (Arts Center Hall): Includes coffee service, water, and hot tea, along with a selection of mini breakfast danishes, scones, muffins, and whole fruit.

Boxed Sandwiches (2nd floor): Sandwiches are made on white sub rolls and served with Miss Vickie’s® chips, whole fruit, a bottled water, and a house-baked cookie. You will choose your sandwich during registration. Options include Turkey and Provolone, Ham and Swiss, and a Roasted Vegetable and Hummus Wrap (Vegan). Sandwiches can be prepared on Gluten-Free bread upon request during registration.

Reception (1st Floor, Stein Galleries): The reception will include a variety of charcuterie boards featuring meats, cheeses, vegetables, and sweets. Each participant will receive one drink ticket for the cash bar, redeemable for an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage based on preference and age eligibility (guests must be 21 or older for alcohol). Student tickets include a non-alcoholic drink ticket only. After the drink ticket is used, the reception’s cash bar will accept credit cards only.

NOTE: A variety of cafés and markets are located on the second floor of the WSU Student Union Building if you wish to purchase additional food or beverages during the day. Please note that only water is permitted in the theaters; no other food or drinks are allowed.


TICKET SALES:

General Admission Ticket $100 (plus tax), Student Ticket $25 (plus tax).

$20 off General Admission (student tickets excluded) with The Early Bird discount, automatically applied through January 31 at 11:59 PM. On February 1st, the price returns to $100.

NOTE: Eventbrite will ask for payment before you complete registration. Yes, it’s a bit unusual, but that’s how their system works. Be sure to fill out all registration information—you are not finished until you have completed the lunch form, the photo release, the liability waiver, and then click Register. You should receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite with your ticket. If you do not receive an email, please return to Eventbrite and complete your registration.

ALL ONLINE SALES END ON SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 15th at 11:59 PM (no exceptions), as we must provide final numbers to our caterer. Tickets may still be purchased in person at the check-in table on the day of the event (February 20) for $110 General Admission, $30 student tickets (credit card only); and please know that lunch will not be guaranteed. However, if the event is Sold Out we will not be able to accomodate additional door sales.

NO REFUND POLICY:
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for personal cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend for any reason. If Wright State University implements a delay, the event will begin in accordance with that delay. Panels and presentations will be shortened as needed to ensure the event concludes on time in the evening. However, in the unforeseen event that Wright State University is closed for the day, and the event will need to be canceled, then refunds will be issued.

Directions from I-70 & I-675:

Take I-675 South and travel 8.6 miles to Exit 17 (North Fairfield Road). Turn right onto N. Fairfield Rd. and continue for 0.3 mile, then turn left onto N. Colonel Glenn Hwy. Turn right onto Center Park Blvd. (WSU entrance), then take a right onto Loop Rd. The Creative Arts Center will be on the left. There will be signage at the WSU entrance and at the Loop Rd. turn to guide you.

Directions from I-75 & I-675:

Take I-675 North and travel 15.8 miles to Exit 17 (North Fairfield Road). Turn left onto N. Fairfield Rd. and continue for approximately 0.5 mile, then turn left onto N. Colonel Glenn Hwy. Turn right onto Center Park Blvd. (WSU entrance), then take a right onto Loop Rd. The Creative Arts Center will be on the left. There will be signage at the WSU entrance and at the Loop Rd. turn to guide you.

Free Parking:

Please park in Lots 12, 13, or 14 only. Campus security has been notified of these approved lots; other lots may be ticketed.

Handicap Parking:

Lot 13’s handicap parking is located directly in front of the WSU Creative Arts Center entrance. Additional handicap parking is available in Lots 12 and 14.

Handicap Accessibility:

A ramp is located near the steps, and there are two elevators—one at the Front Entrance and one near the rear. Both Schuster Hall and Recital Hall offer seating accommodations for individuals who use wheelchairs or have other mobility limitations. However, please note that many of the building’s hallways have a slight slant.
