Process Mapping That Actually Drives Change: In- Person Workshop

Location Note:

For easiest access, please use the entrance next to the UPS Store at 1704 Todds Lane. The workshop is located inside Work/Place at E-Commerce Center of Hampton, which GPS may also show as 1702 Todds Lane.

Both entrances are secure, but a team member will be stationed at the UPS Store entrance to welcome participants and assist with entry. Look for signage directing you to the workshop space.

Doors open at 8:45 AM. Lunch break is 12–1 PM. Lunch and light refreshments will be provided.

Info: Morning Session (9:00–12:00): Start with welcome and introductions, then a live demo of process mapping fundamentals. Participants will practice building their own maps and work in groups to validate and refine them.

Lunch (12:00–1:00): Lunch provided.

Afternoon Session (1:00–5:00): Teams will map realistic workplace processes such as onboarding, expenses, or customer complaints. Groups will review and validate each other’s maps, then tackle a process improvement challenge to sharpen critical thinking. We’ll close with reflection, action planning, and key takeaways.
