The Pro Nova Ensemble is back for another exciting program.On the their second program of the season the ensemble will be playing music of Max Richter, Franz Schubert and Arnold Schoenberg.
The ensemble will be joined by guest violinist Alvin Tran and cellist Trisha Doo.
We hope you can join us for some great chamber music with our talented ensemble!
As always, admission is by donation at the door (cash only).
On the program:
* Franz Schubert (arr. Danish String Quarter) - “Gretchen am Spinnrade”, “Gute Nacht”, and “Death and the Maiden”
* Max Richter - “Spring 1 - Recomposed” and “On the Nature of Daylight”
* Arnold Schoenberg - “Verklärte Nacht” (Transfigured Night)
The program will be performed at two venues:
* Thursday, March 27th at 7:30 p.m. (at Silk Purse Gallery - 1570 Argyle Ave, West Vancouver
* Sunday, March 30th at 2:30 p.m. (at Mt. Seymour United Church - 1200 Parkgate Ave, North Vancouver)
