This year’s program will explore how socioeconomic barriers impact every stage of a lawyer’s life. Our goal is to spark a candid and collaborative conversation about what it takes to create a more equitable and inclusive legal profession. The program will include a Game of Life-inspired activity that helps participants visualize how their own privileges and disadvantages have shaped their careers, a panel discussion, and break out room discussions.
