Private Yoga and Private Tai Chi/Qigong sessions are facilitated by movement practitioners with The Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt who are experienced in attending to individual needs, creating a safe and supportive environment. These movement sessions use gentle movement, breathing, mindful awareness and meditation to help your whole self.

These sessions are designed to support your path to wellbeing. They will address health conditions, such as chronic disease symptoms and recovery from surgery. This approach will facilitate the flow and retention of your own energy, helping to reduce symptoms and improve wellbeing.

These appointments would be in-person at The Osher Center for Integrative Health at 3401 West End Ave, Suite 380, Nashville TN, 37203.

1. Scheduling for New Students

Those who have never been seen by a movement facilitator at The Osher Center and have been referred, found us on their own, and or haven't been seen by one of our current movement instructors within the last three years.

• We would start you out with an Initial Consult appointment with the instructor followed by two initial follow-up appointments. Typically these are done once every two weeks or weekly as the schedule allows.
• Payment would be required at least 24 hours to the first appointment. To pay, click "reserve a spot", then scroll down and you will see the option to purchase the "Initial 3-Visit Package (New Student)". That is the New Student package.
• If you have already been scheduled for your initial appointment(s), we will apply your payment to your upcoming appointment(s).

Those who have previously been seen by one of our current movement facilitators listed below within the last three years.

• If you have already been scheduled for your next appointment(s), or have past-due appointments, we will apply your payment to said appointments.
